Bermuda Photography
Advanced Diving & Underwater Photography


This is a field-based course in Bermuda that gives students experience in advanced diving techniques such as nitrox, night diving, deep diving, underwater navigation, and underwater photography. Upon successful completion of this course, students will acquire an advanced adventure certification and master the complexities of underwater photography while scuba diving.

ACADEMICS


Program participants must be concurrently enrolled in AFS 395: Advanced Diving & Underwater Film/Photography  (3 credits) for the spring semester. Coursework completed during travel to Bermuda is included in the AFS 395 spring course.  

Course work will be supplemented with many lectures by Daily boat activities to access the local marine environment with 2-3 scuba dives each day, tour of the Bermuda cave system, visit to Hamilton city to explore local culture, as well as a visit to Bermuda National Maritime Museum.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Students will stay in double-occupancy dormitories while in Bermuda. All meals in Bermuda will be provided.

Program Fee: 1,800

Program fee includes:
